DELIVERY AT CATSMART EXPRESS

For orders from $150, Free Delivery (except for Sentosa and Jurong Island.  Please refer to the FAQ  below for delivery details to these 2 areas).
For orders below $150, a flat fee of $15 is charged (except for Sentosa and Jurong Island.  Please refer to the FAQ  below for delivery details to these 2 areas).

Our logistics partners will continue to practice contactless delivery. The delivery crew will place your orders outside by your door. We’ll notify you via SMS once your order is ready for delivery.

Staircase Delivery:
Please note that an additional fee of $5 per floor will apply if there is no lift access at the delivery address from 3rd floor onwards. This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. Please pay the fee directly to the delivery crew.

What if… 

My delivery address is in SENTOSA/JURONG ISLAND?
If your order is less than $200, we will charge $35 flat rate for your order.
If your order is from $200, we will charge $10 flat rate for your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders that are received before 12pm will be scheduled for delivery on the same day.

Orders that are received after 12pm will be scheduled for delivery on the next day.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! As our delivery partners are practising contactless delivery, your order will be placed outside by your door. If you prefer other arrangements, kindly leave us a note when you check out your cart.

Do you ship outside Singapore?

At this time, we only deliver within Singapore except for Changi Airport. We do not deliver to Changi Airport.

Can I track my orders?

Yes, you can track your orders by logging into your account and select “Order History”. You may also reach out to us at +65 6250 6866 or WhatsApp us at +65 9170 5853 and we will assist you promptly.

I haven’t received my orders. What happens next?

In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, do reach out to us at +65 6250 6866 or WhatsApp us at +65 9170 5853 and we will assist you promptly. For late notice of order amendments, cancellation or postponement by customer or nobody at home on the day of delivery, an admin fee of $10 will be imposed for re-delivery.

How do I make a purchase?

Simply click on CHECKOUT button in your cart if you're not logged in. We would recommend you to create an account if you are a new customer, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

What are the modes of payment?

At this time, we only accept payment by Credit/Debit Card powered by Shopify Pay. You may call us at +65 6250 6866 or Whatsapp us at +65 9170 5853 to make orders payable by cash or bank transfer. If these are not your preferred payment mode, you can reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I amend or cancel my orders?

You may cancel or amend your order if it has not been processed for delivery. Please reach out to us at +65 6250 6866 or WhatsApp us at +65 9170 5853 and we’ll do our best to assist. You can reach us daily from 9am – 6pm (except for public holidays).
